This rose is classed a centifolia, but is the size of a mini, has the small foliage of a mini, and the flowers are the size of a mini. The flower is a dark pink, the shape a pompom, or button eye, flowers are abundant, but there is no repeat flowering. Fragrant? A collector’s must.

Beautiful buds and fluffy mid-pink flowers with a slight lavender cast are profuse in June and continue thru the summer. The graceful canes lend themselves to training on fence or arbor. The rich red flowers fades very little with age-nor did Mr. Moore, who lived to be 102. The foliage shows a good deal of red color, too. Well-branched, with abundant bloom, a very impressive rose, even in its first year. The flowers form both singly and in clusters on long stems good for arrangements. Ralph Moore was honored in 2000 for a lifetime of achievement as the most prolific miniature hybridizer in the world.
